Responsibilities and Duties
- Project Coordination & Management: Support end-to-end coordination of skilling and vocational training projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals/EOIs/RFP responses, creating pitch presentations, and coordinating with potential partners to support business growth.
- Skill India Digital (SID) Portal Management: Handle project onboarding, training centre creation, PIA management, and compliance activities on the SID portal.
- Scheme Administration: Manage PIA logins, documentation, updates, and reporting across government and industry skilling schemes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with MSDE, NSDC, NCVET, State Departments, Schools, Industry Partners, and Training Providers for smooth project operations.
- Project Implementation: Assist in implementing projects under PMKVY (RPL, Special Projects), CSR / fee-based programs, and other government or industry-led initiatives.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track training progress, assessments, certification, and ensure adherence to guidelines and quality standards.
- MIS & Data Management: Maintain databases, dashboards, project trackers, and documentation with accuracy and consistency.
- Operational Support: Execute routine operational tasks, troubleshoot functional issues, and support process improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Use MS Office Suite and digital productivity tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Extensive Travel: Willingness to undertake extensive travel for field visits, audits, stakeholder meetings, and project monitoring.

2) Sr. Associate – Business Development

Responsibilities and Duties
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities within the skilling ecosystem, including MSDE, NSDC, State Skill Development Missions, CSR entities, industry partners, and international recruitment agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships, emerging skilling demands, and new geographies for project expansion.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across government-funded, CSR-funded, and international placement programs.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding skilling initiatives, compliance requirements, and project updates.
- Communicate new services, offerings, and organizational developments to clients regularly.
Stakeholder Outreach & Engagement
- Reach out to key stakeholders—including CSR heads, government officials (State Skill Missions, MSDE, NSDC), industry bodies, and recruitment agents—via email, phone, and in-person meetings to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Establish tie-ups with international recruitment partners for overseas placement projects.
- Undertake extensive travel across states and project locations to meet stakeholders, conduct on-ground assessments, build partnerships, and support business development activities.
Proposal & Documentation Management
- Develop high-quality EOIs, RFP responses, technical proposals, and financial quotes aligned with government and CSR guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance with project requirements.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Plan and drive marketing initiatives to increase visibility of the organization’s skilling and placement services across regions.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, government forums, CSR roundtables, and other relevant events to enhance business outreach.
Operational & Project Collaboration
- Work closely with training operations teams to understand multi-location skilling deployment, outcomes, and placement linkages.
- Leverage operational insights to propose customized solutions to clients and improve project success rates.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in multi-location skilling projects, government-funded skilling schemes, CSR projects, or international workforce mobility programs.
- Familiarity with NSDC processes, Skill India frameworks, sector skill councils, and global mobility standards is an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferred MBA)
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in skilling environment
