They also provide advice and information to employer clients regarding employment issues and human resources.
Graduate / 3-year diploma after 12th (Psychology Counselling or B.Ed.) OR Any other graduate/ 3-year diploma after 12th with 1 year of relevant experience OR Previous relevant qualification of NSQF Level 4.5 with 1.5 years of relevant experience OR Previous relevant qualification of NSQF Level 4 with 3 years of relevant experience.
