Since its inception in 2015, MEPSC has been dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employability. As a national Sector Skill Council under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), MEPSC works to equip individuals with the right blend of management, professional, and soft-skills that today’s employers demand. Backed by the All India Management Association (AIMA) and recognised by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), we enable skill development, training, assessment and certification, preparing learners to succeed across sectors, industries and functions.
MEPSC is a horizontal Sector Skill Council – A not-for-profit organisation under Section-8 of the Companies Act, 2013, working through a unique Public–Private Partnership model.
Our mandate is simple yet powerful: to create a workforce that is not just trained, but job-ready, equipped with both functional and generic skills that matter in real workplaces. To achieve this, we develop National Occupational Standards (NOS), Qualification Packs (QPs), curricula and model content; accredit and affiliate training partners; conduct training & assessments; and certify successful trainees.
We also help individuals explore entrepreneurship as a career path enabling many who may not find jobs to create opportunities instead.
